Smith, age 46, who resides at 1563 Halsey Valley Rd. in the Town of Tioga.<\/p>\n<p>According to the Tioga County Sheriff\u2019s Office, there is an active felony arrest warrant for Smith, who was arrested by the Sheriff\u2019s Office on Dec. 21, 2015 following a rape investigation.<\/p>\n<p>The Tioga County District Attorney\u2019s Office presented Smith\u2019s case to Grand Jury on Feb. 4, 2016 and an indictment was returned by the Grand Jury for three counts of rape in the third degree, class E felonies, and one count of endangering the welfare of a child, class A misdemeanor.<\/p>\n<p>Following an absentia jury trial in Tioga County Court, Smith was found guilty on all charges on Nov. 16, 2016.<\/p>\n<p>Anyone with information regarding the whereabouts of Brian C.
