Jeff Howell\u2019s new band, LoveBone, will be one of the featured bands for this year\u2019s Bike Night event. Howell performs with Foghat, and has performed with The Outlaws and Savoy Brown. Downtown Owego will once again be the location for the annual Bike Night event beginning on May 25 and taking place weekly until Aug. 31, from 6 to 9 p.m. Located along Front Street at Owego\u2019s Parkview Hotel, motorcycles will line the streets, and live entertainment will be provided each Wednesday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m.<\/p>\n

Bike Night is also welcoming Allstate\u2019s Lounsbury Agency and Southern Tier Harley Davidson as sponsors for the event. Because of their support, and support from area businesses, this free, weekly event is made possible. The Owego Pennysaver is also serving as a sponsor for this event.<\/p>\n

The lineup of entertainment for this year is as follows: May 25 \u2013 Tim Ruffo Band, June 1 \u2013 Hummel\u2019s Jug, June 8 \u2013 L\u2019Ectric Brew, June 15 \u2013 LoveBone (featuring Jeff Howell), June 22 \u2013 String of Pearls (evening sponsored by Southern Tier Harley Davidson), June 29 \u2013 Phillips Head, July 6 \u2013 Woodshed Prophets, July 13 \u2013 The Kiil, July 20 \u2013 The Lone Ryderz Band, July 27 \u2013 Spelunkers, Aug. 3 \u2013 Wreckless Marci, Aug. 10 \u2013 Smokin\u2019 Crows, Aug. 17 \u2013 Bendher, Aug. 24 \u2013 Iron Horse, and Aug. 31 \u2013 LoveBone (featuring Jeff Howell).<\/p>\n

All are welcome to Bike Night; you don\u2019t need to have a motorcycle to attend the event. Residents are always welcome to come downtown for the night and view the motorcycles, listen to the music, and learn about products and services offered by the event sponsors.<\/p>\n
