Maloney Pipe Band, a tribute to former New York State Senator Tom Libous, and the opening of racing for the season.<\/p>\n<p>There was also live entertainment, contests, and much more for the guests that packed the grandstands at Tioga Downs.<\/p>\n<p>To view photos, click on thumbnail and then click again to enlarge to full photo.
