Hezekiah Morgan, age 18 of Endicott, N.Y.<\/p><\/div>\n

On April 17, 2016, at about 3:28 p.m., New York State Police at Endwell arrested Hezekiah Morgan, age 18 of Endicott, N.Y., for the class D felony of assault 2nd degree.\u00a0This arrest occurred after troopers responded to a Broome County 911 report of an assault with a baseball bat outside on Jennings Street in the Town of Union.<\/p>\n

An investigation determined that Morgan had punched another man several times, then struck him in the head with a baseball bat and drove away.\u00a0The victim had a bleeding laceration to his head and a swollen lip.\u00a0He was treated at the scene by an ambulance.<\/p>\n

Morgan was arraigned in the Town of Union and released without bail required.\u00a0His next court date is pending.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
