Team ArtsFest is pleased to announce the entertainment schedule for the 2016 annual juried arts show. The festival will be held on April 30 and May 1 at Harlan Rowe Middle School in Athens, Pa. Saturday\u2019s North Stage will showcase the following entertainment:<\/p>\n

10:30 to 11:30 a.m. –\u00a0Greg Neff.<\/b> Take a trip through the 60s and 70s as you listen to your favorite acoustic tunes with Greg. Visit\u00a0www.reverbnation.com\/gregneff<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Noon –\u00a0Penn York Highlanders.<\/b> The Pipes and Drums will ring through the ArtsFest grounds as the Penn York Highlanders play favorite tunes of Scotland and Ireland.<\/p>\n

1 to 2:45 p.m. – MR-2 (Mutts Road-2)<\/b>. One of the newest classic rock bands in the area brings refreshing tunes from bands like Chicago and the Beatles, including a live brass section.<\/p>\n

3:30 to 5 p.m. – Tim Wood and Jake Parshall<\/b>. These two Valley boys and recent Nashville recording artists will entertain you with an energetic afternoon of country music.<\/p>\n

Saturday\u2019s South Stage will feature the following bands:<\/p>\n

10 to 11:30 a.m. – Technicolor Trailer Park.<\/b> This folk duo from Ithaca will entertain you with sounds of Mandolin, Guitar, Native American Flute, Harmonica, Kazoos and more. Visit www.technicolortrailerpark.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

12:30 to 2 p.m. – Flower City Vaudeville.<\/b> Kids of all ages will enjoy the clever antics of this band.<\/p>\n

3 to 4:30 p.m. – Quona Hudson.<\/b> This artist blends Americana, Pop, and Country music with his musical roots from the Bluegrass sounds of the Appalachian Mountains. Visit www.oldboyrecords.com\/quonahudson\/<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Sunday\u2019s <\/b>North Stage entertainment will feature the following:<\/p>\n

10 to 11:30 a.m. – Ain\u2019t Misbehavin.<\/b> A dance band that plays a wide range of musical styles including big band, jazz, pop, rock, polka and more.<\/p>\n

12:30 to 2 p.m. and 2:45 to 4 p.m. \u2013 Upstate.<\/b> Aaron Kelly (former American Idol contestant, Season 9). Keeyan Zimmerman, and Michele Stas are the members of this band located in upstate Pennsylvania. The band features tunes with a country music sound.<\/p>\n

Sunday\u2019s South Stage will feature:<\/p>\n

11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. – Triton Trio.<\/b> Clap your hands and tap your toes to cover tunes from the 60s and 70s, as well as a few gems from the 20s and 30s. The trio will entertain with their folk and bluegrass twist to these classics.<\/p>\n

1 to 3 p.m. – Woody Wolfe<\/b>. Enjoy music that will entertain children and parents alike. Woody travels to various hospitals to play for children who are suffering from chronic illnesses.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
