There was a mighty king who ruled over a very rich and prosperous kingdom. The king became troubled and called together all of is wise men and philosophers. He instructed them to find out and document the \u201cmeaning of life\u201d.\u00a0 He gave them 18 months to publish their conclusions and present it to him.<\/p>\n
These wise men worked very diligently, and at the end of 15 months they presented to the king with a 24-volume set of books explaining the meaning of life.<\/p>\n
The king said, \u201c I don\u2019t\u00a0like read!\u00a0 \u201cCondense it!\u201d<\/p>\n
The wise men and philosophers again worked very diligently two more months and presented the king with a single book about the meaning of life.<\/p>\n
Again, he rejected it, \u201cI don\u2019t like\u00a0to read! \u201cCondense it!\u201d<\/p>\n
The wise men and philosophers worked two more weeks and presented the king with one sheet of paper about the meaning of life,\u00a0again he rejected it, and told them to condense it.<\/p>\n
Finally the king was presented with a sheet of paper, with one sentence, explaining the meaning of life.<\/p>\n
