Each year Tioga County 4-H members have the opportunity to develop a public presentation for the county 4-H Public Presentation Day event. The 4-H\u2019ers attend workshops to learn how to prepare a presentation, practice their skills in club meetings and at home, and prepare themselves to be evaluated on their efforts.<\/p>\n
This year, 37 members participated in the annual event. The following are the categories, youth and presentation titles:<\/p>\n

Fifteen presenters from the General Presentations and two presenters from the Horse Communications are eligible to represent Tioga County at the 4-H District Public Presentation event in Chenango Forks on Saturday, April 2. \u00a0They will be evaluated alongside 4-H presenters from eight other New York counties. From the district event, 4-H presenters from the General Presentations and Horse Communications events will be selected to move on to the state level event at Cornell University later this year.<\/p>\n
