Rhonda L. Couch, age 36.<\/p><\/div>\n

On Feb. 17, 2016, the New York State Community Narcotics Enforcement Team (CNET), with assistance from Troop \u201cC\u201d Uniform Force and the Cortland County Drug Task Force arrested the following subjects after executing a search warrant on their vehicle during a traffic stop on I-81 in the Town of Homer, Cortland County.<\/p>\n

Thelvan E. Hardy, age 39 of 623 Park St., Syracuse, N.Y., was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree a Class B Felony.<\/p>\n

Rhonda L. Couch, age 36 of 1148 Route 221, Marathon, N.Y. was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Third Degree a Class B Felony, Criminally Using Drug Paraphernalia in the Second Degree a Misdemeanor, DWAI Drugs, and Aggravated DWAI Drugs with\u00a0 a child in vehicle (Leandra\u2019s Law).<\/p>\n

Taylor M. Latta, age 21.<\/p><\/div>\n

Taylor M. Latta, age 21 of 915 Alfred Lane, Homer, N.Y. was arrested for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the Seventh Degree a Misdemeanor and Endangering the Welfare of a Child a Misdemeanor.<\/p>\n

Seized during the search warrant was approximately three grams of cocaine and crack cocaine, a digital scale with cocaine residue, cellophane wrappers, cell phone, stem pipes, a marihuana pipe and $2,871.00 in U.S. Currency.<\/p>\n

Thelvan E. Hardy was arraigned before the Homer Town Court and remanded to the Cortland County Jail on $7,500 cash or $15,000 bond.<\/p>\n

Rhonda L. Couch was arraigned before the Homer Town Court and remanded to the Cortland County Jail on $15,000 cash or $30,000 bond.<\/p>\n

Taylor M. Latta was release on an appearance ticket to appear in the Homer Town Court on March 1, 2016.<\/p>\n
