It is difficult to understand what acronyms like ACF, ALP, ALR, EALR, and SNF really mean.<\/p>\n<p>On Thursday, Feb. 25 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. at the Countryside Community Center (9 Sheldon Guile Blvd., Owego), the Department of Aging will welcome Maria Motsavage from Levene Gouldin &amp; Thompson, who will explain the differences between these levels of care, as well as whether Medicare, Medicaid, or other types of insurance will pay for them.
