Ron Graham was the winner of a $50 gift certificate to Nick\u2019s Garage in Apalachin, N.Y., a $25 gift certificate for the Parkview Hotel and Restaurant, and a $25 gift certificate redeemable at the John Barleycorn Tavern on Front Street in Owego, N.Y. The \u201cBest Bike\u201d contest welcomed a $5 registration fee that benefited Tioga County Rural Ministries in Owego, N.Y. last Wednesday and during Bike Night in Owego, N.Y. Bike Night at Owego\u2019s Parkview Hotel and Restaurant was full of action last Wednesday as Phillips Head performed for guests, and Tioga County Rural Ministry headed up a \u201cBest Bike\u201d contest that awarded prizes.<\/p>\n

Winning the contest was Ron Graham with his black, polished Harley Davidson. Graham received a $50 gift certificate to Nick\u2019s Garage in Apalachin, N.Y., a $25 gift certificate for the Parkview Hotel and Restaurant, and a $25 gift certificate redeemable at the John Barleycorn Tavern on Front Street in Owego, N.Y.<\/p>\n

But with the good times rolling along, fall is arriving and Bike Night will conclude its season on Sept. 2 with a performance by the crowd favorite \u2013 \u201cThe Cats\u201d, featuring Jeff Howell.<\/p>\n

The Cats are a highly energetic rock band based out of Ithaca, N.Y.\u00a0The band consists of Jeff Howell, former bass guitarist of Foghat, The Outlaws, Savoy Brown and others; Dan Stillwell, lead guitar\/vocals, no stranger to top bands in the Ithaca area and always sought after; and Adrian McCloskey, accomplished drummer hailing from the New York City area. McCloskey has been involved in various projects and genres of music, with extensive touring experience.<\/p>\n

The Cats really put on a show. They have rocked to enthusiastic crowds throughout the Finger Lakes and Southern Tier of New York and the Twin Tiers of\u00a0Pennsylvania.<\/p>\n

In addition to current hits, The Cats play lively, funky, danceable music.<\/p>\n

The Cats will close out Bike Night on Sept. 2 with a performance from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. \u2013 a performance you will not want to miss.<\/p>\n
