Timothy L. Ellis, age 25 of 324 Conklin Ave., Apt. 2 in Binghamton N.Y. was arrested and charged with Attempted Murder 2nd degree, a class A-II Felony and Burglary 1st degree, a class B Felony in relation to a Home Invasion Burglary that took place on Sept. 1, 2010 in Broome County.<\/p><\/div>\n

On Aug. 12, 2015, the New York State Police at Binghamton arrested two individuals for a Home Invasion Burglary, which occurred on Sept. 1, 2010 at 124 Walters Rd. in the Town of Barker, Broome County, where a 50-year old female resident was assaulted and suffered severe injuries.<\/p>\n

Dustin D. Buckley, age 26 of 83 S. Washington St. in Binghamton N.Y. was arrested and charged with Burglary 1st degree, a class B Felony.<\/p>\n

Timothy L. Ellis, age 25 of 324 Conklin Ave., Apt. 2 in Binghamton N.Y. was arrested and charged with Attempted Murder 2nd degree, a class A-II Felony and Burglary 1st degree, a class B Felony.<\/p>\n

Both subjects were arraigned in the Town of Barker Court and remanded to the Broome County Jail without bail.<\/p>\n

The arrests are the result of a five year investigation conducted by the New York State Police at Binghamton with the assistance of the New York State Police – Special Investigations Unit, Broome County District Attorney\u2019s Office, Broome County Sheriff\u2019s Department, City of Binghamton Police Department and the New York State Department of Corrections.<\/p>\n
