Fredrick J. Brown III.<\/p><\/div>\n

On July 22, 2015, New York State Police at Owego arrested Fredrick J. Brown III, 33, of Apalachin, N.Y. for the misdemeanor of Petit Larceny.<\/p>\n

This arrest, according to police, occurred after a Trooper investigated a reported missing wallet from a customer at the Dunkin\u2019 Donuts store on State Route 434 in the Town of Owego.<\/p>\n

An investigation determined that Brown had allegedly stolen the wallet from the store register\u00a0counter when a prior customer accidentally left it behind.<\/p>\n

Brown was issued a ticket to appear in the Town of Owego court on Aug. 13, 2015.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
