The Gold Seal is reserved for worksites that fulfill necessary award criteria such as offering employees physical activity support, increasing healthy eating options\u00a0at work and promoting a wellness culture.<\/p>\n
Requirements for Gold level achievement are a minimum of 25\u00a0employees at the worksite, as well as implementing at least six physical activity criteria, two nutrition criteria and one of the culture criteria listed in the American Heart Association award guidelines.<\/p>\n
