Gorgos, Esq., a partner in the Binghamton law firm of Coughlin &amp; Gerhart, LLP, has been appointed to the Northern District of New York Federal Court panel of attorneys responsible for investigation and prosecution of attorney disciplinary complaints.<\/p>\n<p>Gorgos has served as Coughlin &amp; Gerhart\u2019s Managing Partner since 2004.\u00a0 His practice is focused in commercial law including Federal bankruptcy court matters, commercial finance transactions, and education law.\u00a0 He serves on both the Finance Committee and the Audit Committee for the New York State Bar Association and is the co-chair of the State Bar Electronic Communications Committee.
