The session is called <i>Prepare, Respond, Recover: What To Do When Disaster Strikes<\/i>. The training session is free and open to the public.<\/p>\n<p>In the Southern Tier, the training will be held on the following dates, locally: 10:45 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 12, Broome West Senior Center, 2801 Wayne St., Endwell; at 10 a.m. Sunday, Nov. 16, Christ The King Lutheran Church, 499 Plaza Drive, Vestal; 7 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 18, Windsor Middle School, 213 Main St., Windsor; 6 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 20, Tioga County offices, 56 Main St., Owego; 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 16, Northern Broome Senior Center, 12 Strongs Place, Whitney Point; and at 12:45 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 17, First Ward Senior Center, 226 Clinton St., Binghamton.<\/p>\n<p>For more information about the training session or to schedule Citizen Preparedness Corps Training for your organization, contact Jill Deskins, American Red Cross Disaster Program Manager, at (607) 785-7207 or jill.deskins@redcross.org.
