A giant, scary clown arrives for the Halloween Party held Nov. 1 at Tioga Downs in Nichols, N.Y. The clown won the first place prize of $700, and was wearing a costume that he worked on for six months.<\/p><\/div>\n

On Nov. 1, Tioga Downs held a \u201cNight of the Living Zombies\u201d Halloween Party at their Nichols, N.Y. casino. Hundreds arrived in creative costumes, all vying for prize money awarded for the best costume.<\/p>\n

According to Kyle Messersmith, promotions at Tioga Downs Casino, a\u00a0\u201cGiant Clown\u201d that arrived in a costume that took him six months to build, won the first place prize of $700, followed by the \u201cBaby on the Hospital bed\u201d for a second\u00a0place prize of $500. And the third place winner, awarded $300, was the \u201cHoliday Barbie 1944\u201d.<\/p>\n

Guests were also able to enjoy the $15 million parking garage that officially opened on Oct. 31, 2014, just one day before the Halloween celebration.<\/p>\n
