The event will take place on Thursday, Feb. 19, from 2-5 p.m. at Tioga Downs Casino Resort.<\/p>\n<p>The program is being presented by SUNY Broome and hosted by the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce and Tioga State Bank. The keynote presentation will be delivered by Kartik Athreya, Director of Research and Head of Research and Statistics at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.
