Main Street, Owego, N.Y<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This year\u2019s ceremony holds special significance, as 2025 marks the <\/span><b>170th anniversary <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">of the Tioga&nbsp; County Fair, first held in <\/span><b>1855<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. In addition, <\/span><b>Richard A.
