This year they wanted to feature two living spaces on Lake Street that are on the second and third floors of each building. Historically, many families owned businesses on the first floor and lived on the second and third floors of these buildings. Today, this model is alive and well. New businesses are moving into the historic district, families are making these buildings their home, and together they are breathing new life, vitality, and creativity into the village.

Tickets are $25, and $20 for TAC Members. (Note: TAC Members can purchase tickets for either tour time.) They can be purchased online until Dec. 6 at 8 p.m. at www.tiogaartscouncil.org, or at TAC in advance or on the day of the tour. Ticket sales are non -refundable and all proceeds benefit the Tioga Arts Council.

They still need a few volunteers to serve as docents and to help with check in on the day of the event. If you would like to volunteer or have additional questions, call Christina Di Stefano, executive director of TAC, at (607) 687-0785, or email to tiogaartscouncil@gmail.com
