Stray Haven Pet of the Week for the week of September 15, 2019

Hi! My name is Sansa! I am a young lab mix with a HUGE enthusiasm for life! I have a lot of energy; I mean I could chase a tennis ball forever. I love playing fetch.

I was in a home with other dogs, but we didn’t always get along the best and for that reason I was surrendered to the shelter. The staff members that hang out with me each day say I seem to like some dogs, but not all dogs. I would be willing to meet another dog if you wanted me to. I’d try anything for a new home and a soft bed to call my own. 

I like people when they let me get to know them slowly. A few treats and a tennis ball would probably seal the deal for me, lets be honest. I would do well in a home with older kids that can throw the ball for me and I won’t knock over when running around. I am just really focused on chasing that ball that I don’t always do it very gracefully.

Adoption special for cats is $75 for a pair, and includes up-to-date Rabies and FVRCP vaccines, FIV/FeLV testing and spay/neuter at the clinic.

Adoption fee for adult dogs is $160 and includes a microchip, up-to-date Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccines, and spay/neuter at the clinic.

Visit Stray Haven Humane Society, located at 194 Shepard Rd. in Waverly, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from noon to 6 p.m., and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
