The search for a missing person on the Susquehanna River continues as New York State Police SCUBA team members assist Endicott Police by patrolling the river with sonar.
According to police, they are searching for David R. Bower, age 47 of Endicott.
Investigation into the matter reveals that Bower was on the northern bank of the Susquehanna River in the early morning hours during extremely dark conditions and is believed to have fallen off an approximately 10-foot high ledge into the river.
Endicott Police are having difficulty locating appropriate next-of-kin and request that any relatives or close personal friends of Mr. Bower please contact the department at 785-3341.
