This year marks the 150th Anniversary of Officer Isaac Wiltsie and the 50th Anniversary of Officer Forrest Allen Hall’s Line of Duty deaths. 

On June 1, the Blue Brothers held their annual Fallen Officers Ride. On June 12, 2019 the Blue Brothers rode to the Owego Police Department to present the monies raised. 

A ceremony is being planned for Oct. 1, at the Village of Owego Police Department where a granite memorial will be placed in their memory.
