Celebrate First Friday at the Black Cat Gallery

Celebrate First Friday at the Black Cat GallerySome cool cats, at the Black Cat Gallery! Provided photo.

The Black Cat Gallery’s First Friday Celebration is planned for June 7, from 6 to 9 p.m. with the live music of the “Triton Trio”. The Triton Trio plays cover tunes from the 60’s and 70’s, a few gems from the 20’s and 30’s, plus a fabulous blend of folk and bluegrass that makes for an entertaining evening of acoustic music.

The Black Cat Gallery is celebrating Strawberries and Woodstock in June. Stop by for some strawberries on First Friday and see what’s glowing in their window. Think Flower Power, peace and love, and see what’s new at the Black Cat.

Peace and love featured goods are highlighted at Black Cat Gallery in June. Provided photo.

Artists have created work to celebrate the Woodstock 50, Paula Leab’s Boho earrings and ear cuffs, Tamara McQuade’s ceramic Peace signs, and Peace key chains by Janelle Malia, made of repurposed vintage cutlery. Chris Knickerbocker has cleverly put together flowers that will live forever. All one of a kind!
