A basket raffle was held last week for Happy Tails Animal Rescue in Owego. With kitten season in full gear, they are quite busy rescuing discarded and unwanted cats. Here, Gail Ghinger, who does a fantastic job with trapping, etc., is pictured by the basket. According to Ghinger, the winners were to be pulled on Saturday.
