Annual Easter Egg Hunt planned

The Apalachin Lions Club’s 64th annual Easter Egg Hunt is planned for Saturday, April 13, at 1 p.m. behind BOCES West School, located on Pennsylvania Avenue in Apalachin. All are invited to attend and visit with the Easter Bunny.

There will be free digital vision screening for kids, free hearing screening for children, and free IDs by the Tioga County Sheriff’s Department. There will also be free Children’s books by the O/A Family Reading Partnership.

All activities, except for the egg hunt, are being held inside the TLC-BOCES School from noon to 2 p.m.; the Easter Egg Hunt is taking place at 1 p.m. 

Guests are welcome to bring a non-perishable food item for the local food pantry. The rain date is April 20.
