On Feb. 28, 2019, at 10:30 p.m., Robin L. Babcock, age 49, of 399 Collins Hill Road, Barton, N.Y., was arrested for Torture / Injure / Failure to Provide Sustenance and Owning / Harboring an Unlicensed Dog.
These charges resulted from an animal cruelty complaint in the Town of Barton. Babcock was issued appearance tickets to appear before Justice Joseph Fravel, Town of Barton Court, on March 12, 2019.
Also, on Feb. 28, 2019 at 10:30 p.m., Graton W. Holmes, age 50, of 289 Collins Hill Road, Barton, N.Y. was arrested for similar charges of Torture / Injure / Failure to Provide Sustenance and Owning / Harboring an Unlicensed Dog.
These charges also resulted from an animal cruelty complaint in the Town of Barton. Holmes was issued appearance tickets to appear before Justice Joseph Fravel, Town of Barton Court, on March 12, 2019.
