From Jan. 1, 2018 to Dec. 31, 2018, the Owego Police Department had 3,906 calls for service; 49 Felony arrests; 203 misdemeanor arrests; 41 violation arrests and 65 mental health arrests; they tended to 171 traffic accidents; issued 507 traffic tickets, 188 parking tickets, and 92 warning tickets.
