The Waverly Family Resource Center (FRC), a program of Cornell Cooperative Extension on Tioga County, is offering a program on Baby Basics for families with young children.
This class will be held on Wednesday, April 25, at 11 a.m. at the Family Resource Center located at 460 Broad St. in Waverly.
Participants will learn how to care for and interact with a new infant.
