Lynn and Mark Chandler, of Apalachin, N.Y. along with Lori and John Patrick of Endicott, N.Y. are happy to announce the engagement of their children, Katie Rae Chandler and Evan Ellsworth Patrick.
Katie is a graduate of Owego Free Academy and SUNY Geneseo. Evan is a graduate of Ross Corners Christian Academy and SUNY Broome.
A September 2016 wedding is planned.
